Dijon Honey Lemon Salmon Recipe
This salmon recipe is inspired by fresh flavors, commonplace in coastal communities. Lemon zest, honey, and dijon mustard are a delicious combo and it just takes a few minutes to whip up. If you have a cedar plank, it will provide an unbeatable smoky flavor.
Dijon Honey Lemon Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
2-3 salmon fillets (this recipe is for 1 pound)
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup dijon mustard
fresh lemon juice & zest from half a lemon
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
If you are using a cedar plank, soak it in water for at least 2 hours. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix the dijon mustard, garlic powder, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper in a bowl. Place the salmon on the cedar plank and top it with the mixture. Cook for about 15 minutes.
